Aercrete ECO20 is a complete mobile plant for the manufacture of foam concrete. 

With the electric Aercrete ECO20 you can produce foam concrete on site completely without local emissions with energy from solar cells or local electricity grid.

We offer a portable battery pack that can run the machine independently for several hours. While operating, the battery pack can be charged from solar cells or a standard 16A three phase supply and then the machine can produce foam concrete a full working day.

By building with foam concrete from Aercrete ECO20, you achieve a good insulating value with low consumption of resources.

The foam concrete is manufactured directly at the construction site where only local water supply is required. 

The machine has continuous volumetric mixing of cement, foam, water and for higher density also sand.
